Game Freeze with Raff Capashen and Clue Token

I've had this happen twice today and it's easily reproduced:

1) Get a Clue token into play.
2) Cast Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage.
3) Trigger the Clue token.

The board never clears the matched gems that triggered the token, and the only thing you can do is go to the "game paused" menu and quit from there.
