Rupture Spire, Infernal Reckoning, Quasiduplicate bugs

Three separate bugs that I just experienced in this week's RotGP. These occurred in three separate matches.

1. Rupture Spire was converting 6 gems instead of just 3. I had three supports out: Rupture Spire, Drownyard Temple, and Thopter Spy Network versus 2.3. It may have been converting based on the number of lands that were out?
2. Infernal Reckoning will auto-cast on your own creature if you have already cast one that game and your opponent has no creatures out. The creature it exiled from my side of the field was an 8/8 Zombie token (reinforced 2 times, with a +2/+2 buff). This was versus 2.2. This is similar to the bug where it auto-casts on an empty board and gains you life based on the previous cast.
3. Quasiduplicate nearly cost me a loss when it did not copy the card I targeted until the next turn. Nothing appeared in the battle log on either turn. This was a Quasiduplicate I cast from hand, not one that I jump-started. My target was Rakdos the Showstopper, with 3 cards in hand. This was versus 1.3.
