Soft Lock: LPS Overlay

While playing a match in Oath of the Gatewatch part II, I managed to near the LPS time limit and the game displayed a tutorial overlay prompting information about the LPS timer. The "Got It!" button is unresponsive to touch, requiring a force quit.

This problem has been reported several other times, both here an in app by various people.
It has also happened to several of my coalition-mates (usually one or two times per day)

to make it clear,  THIS IS A REPEATED PROBLEM, not a one-time issue.

We are aware of the issue. 
I'm sorry, I guess I was not very clear, I asked if it happened more often in this situation.

This is the first time the overlay popped onto my screen informing me of the LPS timer resulting in the soft lock.

I can recall several times though, where I was suddenly locked out of playing cards with full mana but no overlay or timer informed me I was close to the limit then.

Bumping this thread as the LPS overlay soft lock has not been fixed post 3.5.

I encounter this pop up probably once per relaunching the game, however the soft lock appears less frequently.
