Azor + Cycling = no card draw from cycling

I just met a bug:

I was playing Nissa3, in Trial of Ambition, cycling node

Greg has played Azor, the Lawbringer in his turn.

During my next turn I've used N3 ult, and started to cycle spells in my hand to buff my creatures for final one-shot.

But I found that despite N3 ult was working (creatures were buffed), my cards were exiled and no new card added to my hand. 

And before you asked - yes, I had enough mana in hand for cycle.

Just to clarify, this node in the Trial of Ambition is the only place you have encountered this issue so far?
