Sundering Titan and "gems of my opponent's PW's color" [Investigating]

I cast a Sundering Titan against a colorless PvE opponent: some gems blew up (didnt see which ones).

Cast another Sundering Titan in the same turn: some different gems blew up (didnt see which ones).

The current official rule for copies is still "can't be cast the same turn"

According to my information, Copies are now intended to playable on the same turn when they are Copied.
