Kaya, Orzhov Usurper loyalty ability [Investigating]

Kaya's third loyalty ability states that you move all cards in both graveyards into your opponent's exile, then your opponent takes damage equal to their cards in exile, then finally all the cards in your opponent's exile are shuffled into their owner's library.

This works properly until the last part where all the Kaya player's cards are shuffled into her opponent's library instead of her library. While playing her, I've had non-black/white planeswalkers cast spells I had used against me with no effect in play that might have taken them from my library, leading me to assume all my cards went to my opponent's library. These effects include things like Jace casting Infinite Obliteration or Koth casting Crush Contraband.
