Dowsing Dagger super-bugged [Investigating]

There are at least 2 bugs that seem to have popped up with dowsing dagger (weird, since its never had a problem before)

1.  It now flips when any creature you control deals damage, not just the first

2.  If you play multiple copies, the +2/+1 buff is permanent to your first creature after it flips.
