Aurelia + angels changing positions post-combat [Investigating]

My oh my, these parallel effects are a lot of fun.
Let's have another weird scenario. This time no hard lock, just weird changing creature places in the middle of combat.

1) Cast Lyra THEN Cast Razia (\THIS is in the order of casting)
2) On a subsequent turn, cast Aurelia (and immediately go to combat afterwards)
3) Aurelia grants vigilance to Lyra.
4) Because Lyra has an earlier timestamp than Razia, the two switch places since they both have vigilance now.

The issue? In the immediate upcoming combat step, Razia attacks first. She and Lyra switch places somewhere in the middle of combat than before.
