ha! the conservative, token hoarding strategy pays off in the end!

I have needed to get shuri to 280 (in order to champ my 2/5/5 okoye) for ~2 months now.  And have been sitting on 279 for weeks.

As I got increasingly anxious for that last cover, I decided to try tapping into my arguably rarest resource.  I opened part of my prized token stash from Anniversary 2 (the last one that rewarded RNG tokens rather than vault tokens). I had covered dino, but didn't have enough iso to champ him, so I hoarded.  And by the time I did champ dino, I was attached to that stash of irreplaceable tokens. 

But now my need was great, and i was hoping that the increased devil dino chance would help me get a Bonus cover (assuming such tokens would even have a bonus chance since they dropped years before the bonus cover system was introduced)

*Drumroll*

¡¡SCORE!! 2 pulls, 2x Dinos and 1x shuri!

So now I will champ okoye at long last.  It will be much easier to grind with her tanking blue and purple for Thor.

And there you have it: the perfect example of how to get 'ahead' in MPQ. 

(1) Acquire rare resources in 2015. 

(2) Sit on them for 3.5 years for fear of suboptimal resource management

(3) Grind your fingers to nubs building up your roster through other means

(4) get extraordinarily lucky

(5) profit! (Until/unless the nerf bat comes out)
