Rising Tensions SWW leads to lost crystals

Hello,

I’ve encountered a SWW this morning when I tried to get in the Rising Tensions event. After tapping the 20 crystals button, the SWW screen appears. Whether I type retry or cancel, I cannot get in the event and I end up losing 20 crystals. As I tried several times, I end losing 120 crystals.

Restarting the game doesn’t unlock the even or credit my crystals back.
