Cannot send gifts, button disabled

Hi,

I supposed that this bug would be fixed in R42 but it's still the same. The Blue send button is disabled most of the times. Not the big green send button, the second one, with the facebook aspect. I can only click the x in the left upper corner. The Cancel button is disabled too.
