Font of Agonies does not work. [Investigating]

Even with enough reinforcements, triggering the activated gem does not destroy opponents first creature.  

I have triggered an activated gem while having enough reinforcements at least a half dozen times and it has never triggered the card effect for me.

    you might want to check the number of reinforcements on the Support not the number of Shields. 
    that is the triggering condition.(you have to click on the support to get that count)
