Damage Boosts also work against you (possibly intentional?)

Using a 20% damage to Avengers boost (I have 10 so I figured I'd burn a couple), and used the Forest Environment power (take 100 damage, +5 AP); my Black Widow took 120 damage. Sure, it did 20% more damage to an Avenger, but it seems weird that it'd boost self-damage as well.

If there's a boost that affects damage done to Juggernaut (I don't think there is; Brotherhood and Mutant do nothing), can someone see if he takes extra output from Headbutt recoil? At the moment, I can't think of any other scenarios where you damage yourself
