ETB Triggers only on first creature

If i cast multiples of the same creature with an ETB (Enter the Battlefield) effect, only the first one will trigger the effect.

    Some examples, screenshots, and descriptions of event would be very useful here.

    I haven't had any issues that have jumped out at me.

    I've seen this on Untamed Kavu - the mana drain happens, but the buff does not.  I haven't paid that close attention to check other instances.
