Game stuck at "Tap Claim to open your Booster Pack"

Since Facebook login still is not working, I skipped it and clicked Start.  I get a screen that says I have a completion award and then takes me to the vault with a message at the bottom saying "Tap Claim to open your Booster Pack" and a flashing down arrow with a square over the M19 set.  At this point nothing works except the VIEW CARDS (i) thing to show the list of cards.  I cannot scroll.  I cannot get the settings menu. 

If I uninstall the game and reinstall, same result.

I am on a iPhone XS Max

So I have no way to play this game anymore either by Facebook login or starting over
