    This was one of the ways that they asked for things to be documented back when cheating was a huge issue in QB.

    Yeah this is legitimate.  Many of our issues with Octagon, despite us voicing our concerns, have been unaddressed and ongoing.  It's not like we are being Karens here and randomly want to speak to the manager, lol

    @starfall WOTC definitely cares and will correspond with you there. Give it a try! They care a LOT about their brand and the license.
