We should be able to buy Boosts at any time, and up to the max amount

Currently we can only buy 5 boosts at any one time, and we can only buy them when we've completely run out.

What is the point of this restriction?

If I want to stockpile 30 +Team Up AP boosts, or 30 +All AP boosts, or 30 +20% Damage Boosts, in preparation for a string of tough matches, I should be able to do so by buying those boosts even though I'm not completely out of them.

Unless there's some nefarious reason behind NOT letting us buy boosts unless we're completely out, this limitation makes absolutely no sense.

Seconded! This is something that's annoyed me basically since the first time I bought Boosts.
