Support Circuit disappeared after updating to R173

I just started the Support Circuit after updating to R173, but it didn’t ask for an SCL or time slice. Looked more like the Prologue with # of missions and # of completions and no progression or placement awards.
After clearing 3 nodes it then asked me to pick an SCL and time slice, then it disappeared. Can’t access it at all now.
