5* Captain Marvel Photonic Rush not destroying additional row [Investigating]

Photonic Rush says if it destroys an additional row if the row destroyed contains a friendly special tile.  When it processed, the row destroyed contained my Mean Right Hook repeater, but no additional row was destroyed.  

Is this working as intended?
