Would you mind providing some information as to why you're bored? It would help us understand how we can alleviate your concern in the future.

Unfortunately if there's no other information provided, I'll have to close this thread as it could be considered a low-content post, breaking rule 14.

I can’t speak for the playerbase and I certainly can’t speak for @Machine. But I would like something to excited for where’s my new events, news cards, new story? There hasn’t been a new coallation event in the longest time, I don’t understand why this is a thing. Where’s my new cards? Paper has been out for month and some change and we can’t even get a couple teasers and on top of that there has been little to no communication from HQ on it except the ever present “soon”. Where’s the new story content with been asking about forever. Who cares about the matching making and levels bull-kitty. We all know that all this does is complicate everything moving forward creating more lag between the players and new content.

So here I am playing ROGTP. Bored as usual.

As much as all these new features are welcome and needed. The core of the game is cards. New cards is what breathes freshness into the games. Events are just a vessel for people to play around with new cards.

It feels like these new features have impacted the release date of the next set. That's why we are bored. I have recently completed the ravnica set... Not a lot of incentive to play in this scenario. I've never been able to do this with other sets because by the time I was getting close to it, the next one would roll in.

I would recommend a more strict release schedule for card sets. Weaving new features between them instead of delaying the set.

I agree. There are less newer events that are also fun. Some got real poor desin (PvZ).

So we play every day the daily events, and reward giants like NOP over and over again.

Why are 'one of events' like Breaking Point so rare. Winning an exclusive (REX) is fun. And if you can't win it every week for less afford (RT) then you remember.

Right now a lot of us are suffering the mental equivalent of repetitive stress injuries. =p

My reply was a bit too blunt, so apologies for that. I agree with what you're saying here. Even though we're playing RotGP for the 239084723th time, I still enjoy it, because it gives me room to play with some of my unmastered legacy cards. Building new / fresh decks with these cards is something I enjoy a lot. Normally I used TG for this, but since the double TG is a thing I stopped playing TG.

Just to say: I like RotGP more with changing objectives than NOP and TS. They are the same since... the beginning and coming every month since then.

Just changing secondaries on old events would make things better.
I believe new events are more important than new cards. I still miss tons of cards, but have played all events over and over again.
You could try implementing some sort of secondaries rotation for events. It wouldn't make a old event feel like new but it would be a breeze of fresh air and would reduce the feeling of repetitiveness.

Good news everyone! The new patch offers no new events to be less bored with!
