New change in PvE? Can only hit a node once every 3-4 minutes

I came here to see if they announced a change but didn't say anything.  No one else is discussing this either it seems. 

So if I complete a node, every single event is on an approximate 2:30-3 (varies each time) minute cool down.  I feel like the cool down starts when my match begins, so I'd say the clock starts when I start the battle.  

Is this an official change?  Seems annoying more than anything.

    Do you mean that after you finished a node, you can play the next node or the same node again only after waiting for 3 to 4 minutes?

    I didn't face such problem and I play PvEs almost every day.

    Is the node Worth less Points while the timer is showing? If not, just ignore it and play anyway.

    Restart whenever weird timer stuff starts happening and it usually goes away.
