Garna The Bloodflame not recognized as Legendary

As title says. I had Garna out on the battlefield and Primevals' Glorious Rebirth full charged in hand. PGR would not cast with just Garna out, though it would with other legendary creatures. Aditionally, PGR did not return copies of Garna from my graveyard to battlefield.
These cards worked fine together just the other day as I use this deck for the Golgari node of Rising Tensions.
