Impossible to log into the game

Title says it all : the game is stuck at "updating configuration" step.

I'm playing from France. Is anyone experiencing this issue like I do ?

    I'm completely unable to log in, too. Hanging at "fetching all events".

    I tried to uninstall and reinstall, and it's not even completing the install from the Play Store. Oi.

    What platform are you playing on?

     I do not have any problems playing on iOS in Northern Europe.

    I'm not absolutely sure but there was an issue affecting Orange (internet provider) specifically with gaming services. I think that's what happened to me . Quite strange as everything else was working fine.

    I would highly recommend submitting a support ticket via email with as much relevant information as you can: support@d3go.com

    This way, if Customer Support has any information they can share, then they'll be able to provide you with it. If they don't, then they can report this issue to the development team for investigation.
