Act of Treason [Investigating]

I have been running into a problem with act of treason. 

When I use the card:
- It gives the opponents creature haste.  
- It does not bring the creature to my side


Anyone else have this problem?

Have to ask how many creatures you had when you cast it?

Act of Treason (and Angrath) should (and used to) allow you to have more than 3 till end of turn, but that seems to have changed recently.  (see comments below for similar reports)

Yes, very similar to the malevolent whispers issue you reference.  I had 2 creatures once and three creatures another time.  Although, I have never been able to steal a creature yet...  Will take more experimenting I guess.
