Some positive feedback

Okay, we're currently at a very salty level here.. Not like the officials didn't take every step in the book "how to use communication to set up your community". But not everything sucks. Lets throw in something positive as well.
I want to say thank you for fixing the rune income to reflect the massive rise in demand. I was finally able to level every single pw to level sixty and can now start to add some few deck slots, knowing that I'll be able upcoming pws in a reasonable amount of time.

I like that the new Ravnica event is both rather easy (Hence beginner friendly) and a cool source of pinkies, crystals and packs.
I also think the orb income coming from the old Ravnica event (Guaranteed mythics) is to be appreciated, not to mention the event gave a very good GW mythic by itself (Chord of Calling).
Lastly although I don't need them, I am happy to see the new mythics packs as an answer to the community requesting more micro-transaction packs.

I like the concept of the level system, even though they seriously messed up implementing it.

I love Oktagon's card designs.  From DOM on they have done a fantastic job.  I mean, a lot of cards don't work they way they are supposed to, but the design is very well done.

I also like how they seem to listen to community feedback, even if if isn't very quickly or transparently done.  Adding the extra TG every day, adding cheapo legacy mythic bundles, adding Expert decks for old walkers...ect are all great changes.  I just wish they told us what they were doing instead of waiting for us to figure it out ourselves.

Agreed with the posts on here so far.  With the daily 500 orbs from Rising Tensions' duplicate mythic, filling out your Legacy collection if you're a newer player no longer feels hopeless.  The rune income has been much better as well.

I want to chime in that the Card Visual Aid feature has been great.  I think when the opponent casts a spell or support, it should still pop up the card even when the Visual Aid is set to Off, and I think it could go further by removing animations like the loyalty gain streamer (just put a +X graphic next to the PW avatar when loyalty is gained) and that targeting arc that slowly shows you which creature just got hit with an effect.  It would also be fine for a set of tokens to all pop in at once.  Still, even with more work to do, I've been able to process through matches noticeably faster because of this setting!

Support for all of the above, but I also think they deserve praise for putting good mythics and rares on sale--frequently--at quite reasonable prices.

A year ago at this point I bitterly complained about the hopelessness of a mid tier player trying to catch up with the top tier (let alone a beginner). But the dev team really changed that and now I think the environment for lower level players has never been better.  They need to improve the coalition scene, but kudos for what they have done.

Just to chime in here, I think things are in a pretty good place with respect to prizes, pack availability, and rune payouts. Bugs are an ever-present problem with this game, so I have a hard time getting more/less concerned about them. They just always are, unfortunately.
