"View deck" icon on vs screen [Investigating]

The "View deck" icon most regularly has a pencil icon, but does not allow you to edit decks.

Sometimes, it has an hourglass icon. I don't know what that means, I think it's a bug.

    On the screen right before a battle (with the green "FIGHT" button in the lower right), the hourglass symbol on the lower left simply means you've selected an event deck for the node/battle (as opposed to a custom or other deck).

    I think this is what you were referring to, not sure what the bug is though?
