Heroic Event issue

I just logged on to do a final push. The ONLY characters that aren't locked to me are iron man and Hawkeye. Thor, widow, and storm are all locked. This is...mildly to greatly upsetting. I was intending on pushing for my rewards, now I can't really do anything.

Update: it seems they are randomly locking and unlocking. I can't find any solid way to replicate the issue. It is happening at random.

Second update: when they lock, ragnarok is no longer an enemy, just Daken and two hammer cronies. Very odd occurances

    Black Widow (modern) was locked for me after I updated to R42, whom I'd been using consistently prior.
