Vivien's second ability + Claustrophobia [Investigating]

So I encountered a very weird situation where Claustrophobia kept my creature disabled in spite of having been removed by Vivien's second ability.

State of the board: I had a Zacama as my first creature, followed by a lifelink soldiers stack and a Trostani (in this order). My opponent had a claustrophobia.
- I use Vivien's second ability, removing claustrophobia
- Zacama remains disabled
- I cast another Zacama, and naturally it didn't trigger the enter the battlefield effect (I left it to be cast since I thought maybe it was only a visual error... it was not)
- My opponent destroyed Zacama the next turn.
- The soldier token came in first and was not disabled (which is correct, since Claustrophobia was no longer on the board).
- Casting a subsequent Zacama did not have it disabled (again, correct)

I wonder if this is related to Vivien's ability only, and if it concerns only Claustrophobia (since there are other supports that disable creatures until they leave the board, such as Suppression Bonds and Desert's Hold). I have not tested this, maybe someone else has more insight on the matter.
