Trostani Discordant not creating Tokens when entering play via another card (not cast from hand)

Trostani Discordant does not create Soldier tokens when entering play via methods other than being cast from hand. Tested with Vivien's Invocation and Oath of Teferi; no tokens were produced when Trostrani entered play from either card's ability. The second half of her ability (creatures get +X/+X) is still functioning. I believe this was working properly before the 3.2 update, but not 100% sure.

    I can confirm this worked this morning and does not work now

    Also can confirm that other CIP abilities still work when the creature enters play via Vivien's Invocation. Tested with Pelaka Wurm and District Guide. Maybe something broke when fixing the issue with Trostani applying the incorrect buff to its soldier tokens?

    I think I steal one today and tokens weren't generated, but I'm not 100% sure
