New Terms and Conditions?

@Brigby a message forcing me to accept a (lengthy) data-collection Terms and Conditions form just spontaneously popped up in my app (and cost me a match in FIRF by creating a SWW error when the match ended).

Where is this coming from?  And why is it popping up with no notice whatsoever?

Hmm...that's certainly odd. Historically those kinds of prompts only appeared during the login process before you even got into the game. 

Was the title just "Terms and Conditions" or did it say something else? Do you by any chance have a screenshot?

Oh it did appear when I was loggin in.  I was just only logging in because of the error when I finished my match.  I assume the app refreshing when the message came up is what caused the error (since something like that usually will prevent the app from refreshing).

Id post my screenshot, but I'm not sure how to do that lol.

There should be an "Attach image" button located above the comment box in between the "Attach file" button and "Align left" button. There are two ways to add it to your comment:

1. Save the image as a file, and then you can choose the file you want to upload after you click the button OR...
2. Copy the image, click on the button, and then paste it into the URL section.

That doesn't appear to exist for me.  There is the usual gallery logo, but clicking on it only brings up a text bar that says "Image URL" and nothing else.  There doesn't seem to be an "Attach file" option either, clicking that icon only brings up a text bar with "http://" and nothing else in it.

Is there something else I'm missing here?

Either way, that doesn't really answer my query or where this new Terms and Conditions prompt came from and why we suddenly have to approve it.

I’ve never been able to upload images files to these forums, only submit embeds of images hosted elsewhere. I usually use Discord or Imgur to do so.

@Mburn7 Hmm I'll have to check the forum settings and see why players can't upload files. As for the terms and condition menu, I'd recommend either submitting a support ticket or emailing privacy@d3go.com for more information.

I’ve only been able to post things through a desktop platform, not a mobile device. Might help narrow your search on that particular bug.
