Where is the published D3 rebalance "short list"?

The last time I saw a definitive list, it was in January.

Invisible Woman (Classic)
Thor (Marvel NOW!)
Wolverine (X-Force)
Wolverine (Astonishing X-Men)
Hawkeye (Modern)
Magneto (Classic)
Spiderman (Classic)

This list is almost completely OBE now, AFAICT; the only ones still outstanding are apparently 4* Wolvie, M.Hawkeye, and C.Magneto, several other characters hopped into the queue and got changes faster (M.Storm, Falcon, Daken), IceX comments on changes to this list every so often in various threads, but the last full list I found is still that January one.

I checked both FAQs, but the original lists haven't changed since October, and additional questions are buried in the threads (I keep kicking around compiling them into newer FAQs, actually). At any rate, I didn't see anything about rebalance lists.

I think it would be helpful to those of us trying to plan our 3* transition to have a bit more consolidation, even acknowledging D3's right to change their minds at any time. Or am I missing something and this list is in plain sight somewhere?

I think this is the first time I've seen such a list!
Maybe noob prime (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=7676) is onto something with the hoarding idea.

Rebalancing is most-needed when a character has an overwhelming presence at various levels of PvP.

In the past, cStorm+Ragnarok was an overwhelming presence in PvP. cStorm used to do incredible damage after any attack, and that would also give their team 6 red. Ragnorok's red power only cost 2, and did a lot of damage. Virtually every team in PvP was cStorm+Ragnarok.

More recently, in high level brackets, Spiderman has been the overwhelming presence. With the Nerf, he'll likely fade away.

Common in PvP -- The Hulk, The Punisher, Thor, Patch, BWGS, Magneto
Frequent in PvP -- The Hood, IM40, Ragnarok, OBW
Rare in PvP -- Human Torch, Captain America, Black Panther
Hardly ever seen -- Daredevil, Doctor Doom, Falcon, Loki, Psylocke, Invisible Woman, Wolverine X-Force

In the hands of a player, Magneto is strongest, and has been rated as the most fun to play. But the AI sucks at playing him (and BWGS). Mags isn't much of a threat. More importantly, he isn't an overwhelming presence. The Punisher is much more common in PvP, but hardly overwhelming.

Spiderman was the last "way too common" presence in PvP, so it my be likely that the nerfs are done for the foreseeable future. I expect more buffs for the characters that are rarely seen.

C.Mag and M.Hawkeye still on the rebalance queue, probably both still requiring at least a month.
