Tibor and Lumia bug damages my own minions with flying [Investigating]

I have just experienced a bug where playing Tibor and Lumia from hand while I have Tibor and Lumia in play dealt damage to one of my creatures with flying.

The play
I drew 2 copies of Tibor and Lumia from Blue Sun Zenith this turn. When the first Tibor and Lumia hits the board, nothing happens, as expected. The second Tibor and Lumia is a blue/red card, so both trigger effects happen when it is played. All of my creatures gain flying, then Tibor and Lumia deals 1 damage to my Goblin Electromancer (which has flying from the blue portion of Tibor and Lumia's effect trigger), then 1 damage to my opponent.

Why the heck did it damage my Electromancer, which was already granted flying? I've been playing these three creatures for a few days now in my blue deck, and this is the first time I have seen this happen. Did maintenance mess with the way that triggers happen?
