10x Packs - all 6% odds now, or still 15% odds ones?

I am very keen to get Daken (and I lost out in event because UK timezone + starting early icon_e_sad.gif ), and could be tempted to spend some HP (w/ cash) to unlock his powers - but looking at the Fatal Attraction 10x pack I am definitely not impressed...

1 Pack = 2.4%
10 Pack = 6.1%

Wow; 50/50 odds of 1 Daken cover for £20 - so appealing! icon_neutral.gif

Is it just my imagination, or have other recent 10x packs still had the old 15%?
I seem to recall that Modern Thor was the star of 2 packs simultaneously, and one had the lousy 6% but one (presumably the PvE Hard Mode one) had 15% odds?
If anyone has been paying attention to such things, can you please post if you know one-way-or-the-other if 15% 10x packs are still around or it is just my imagination.

  • There are less packs of the variety like Shield of Justice (only 3* is Captain, increased chance for Captain on 10 pack), but I think I've seen Punisher and GSBW offered recently in that format, so I can't say they're gone for good. There's definitely less of those types and they were the only kind that was worth gambling on.

Thanks Phantron; I'll hold on then (either for Daken or for someone new who's also good) - no point throwing money away for 2,500 ISO. icon_lol.gif

Anyone reading this - I really do advise always using the in-game [?] button before assuming improved chance = a decent chance!
  • The type of 10 pack you want are the ones that are about 15% chance for the featured hero and 0% for any other 3*. Those are slightly worse than upgrading the covers outright, but if you're missing certain color cover or feeling particularly lucky it's at least reasonable odds to gamble. Most of the newer packs seems to be the ones where you get like 6% chance for feature and 0.8% for all the other 3*s. Those are bad, unless you happen to need every 3* in the game. It does look like the packs prefer the 'bad' odds type, but it never hurts to check the actual % to see if it's the better type. Remember that even with favorable odds, it's still a gamble, though gambling on good odds is still way better than gambling on bad odds.
