Venerated Luxodon buffs once [Fix in 3.2]

Venerated Luxodon buffs the first time it ETB. Each subsequent reinforcement displays the animation, but no buff.

    Lol this happens with almost every single card Oktagon comes out with that has an ETB effect.

    At least they usually fix it pretty quickly now.

    Hi everyone. A fix for this issue is scheduled to be released in update 3.2.
