Recent Server Outages (1/4/19)

Hi Everyone,

As many of you are aware, there were recent server outages that spanned several hours. We had initially sent every affected player 250 Hero Points and 5,000 Iso-8, however we were also aware of the impact the outage had on the Prodigal Sun event.

Due to the influence this had on players' participation in the event, we wanted to make sure that everyone received the appropriate rewards for participating. As such, we have sent everyone various rewards based on rank. Please review the chart below for more details:
