Unable to file multiple tickets in-app

Apparently the in-game ticket submission only allows you to have 1 active ticket at a time.

Because of this, a minor issue that I reported last week (Bolas the Arisen's second ability not working) is preventing me from being able to submit a very serious ticket today (Missing Coalition event rewards for AWR)

@Tombstone @Brigby is this a bug, or a misguided anti-spam feature?  Because I'm not sure what to do now to get my rewards.

    I just say i have a new issue and send it as a continuation of your original problem... otherwise i guess theres the manual website one? Dont know it offhand but thought there was one for when the app is down

    @Mburn7 You can reply to an already open ticket with a new issue even if the ticket hasn't been resolved, and Support should see it as a new message from you. Alternatively, you can use the web form from the support page here on the forums to send in a new ticket as well.
