as the title say, I’m looking for feedback on Razia is worth the price.

I see no immediate use unless you have a small collection.

Not sure either, you need to bypass her vigilance to be really strong

It just look to situational to work really well, but perhaps a combo of sorts exists.

Tbh, I wouldn't try to focus on her damage ability too much. Yeah, you can shoot yourself with spells like Avacyns madness, 3*2 damage for you, 3*9 damage to the opponent.. If you use let's say nahiris ult on her that would be lethal. But that's more a bonus option, and likely not a very usable combo.

I mean, I don't have her, but I faced her : a 9/4 with prevent damage (situational), vigilance and flying? A great piece for an angel tribal deck. With Lyra, she has first strike and lifelink - at 9 power, she can clear a lot of attackers that way.

Yes the Lyra would work well, but that can be achieved with other combos though this is perhaps easier due it is a two card combo.

I suppose a red-blue Walker could combo a win using buff cards to kill opponent with AM or similar cards - I think there is a common card that damage twice, but seems difficult to set up controlled.

Yeah, Razia seems over-rated. Probably a pass.

Wait for bugs to get fixed before thinking about spending money.

As was mentioned, she's been great with Lyra making her a 10/5 first strike with vigilance. Beyond that, I'm having trouble finding other ways to abuse her. Kind of disappointing now that Stratus Walk doesn't have the same rules text as paper magic (enchanted creature can only block creatures with flying)

I thought she would go great in an Omni or ID deck/something like that that uses a lot of low cost cards/fetching cards that inflict minor damage to you and would constantly plink away at the opponent.

Thinking of notion rain, read the bones, live fast, desert of the glorified, etc.  Add in doom whisperer or other creatures like that and could do a lot of damage pretty quickly.  Can't justify spending the cash on it but hoping to get it once it loses it's exclusivity.

I'm legitimately asking here.... does Doom Whisperer actually work with her, though?

I can see how PQ wouldn't distinguish the difference, but losing life isn't the same as taking damage. Razia triggers when you take damage, but Doom Whisperer has you lose life.

I didn't think of that, no idea to be honest, but my guess would be that you are right, it wouldn't work.

You’ve got that backwards. Taking damage causes you to lose life, but if you only lose life, you haven’t taken damage.

I can see PQ not making that distinction, but in Magic, it is an important one that keeps the power level of certain cards and certain combos in check.

I attacked it with Ral's 3rd ability support and it lost prevent damage. So currently it's any damage done to her or the planeswalker.

I encountered Razia in TG the other day and gave Razia 10 damage, which removed the prevent damage ability, then I killed it with a new damage spell. Turns out it is quite simple to deal with Razia, if you have damage spells or abilities.
