Glowspore Shaman, only triggers when Cast [Fix in 3.4]

Glowspore Shaman is only triggering the ETB effect when it is cast.

The wording on the card is
"When this creature enters the battlefield, destroy the top 4 cards from your library. ...."

But when i use Siren's Ruse on it, it doesn't trigger when it returns to the battlefield.
"Exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control. If you control a Pirate, draw a card"


The Siren's Ruse works on the following cards with the almost exactly the same wording for ETB effects.
Startled Awake
"When this creature enters the battlefield, you gain 13 mana. ..."

Tolsimir Wolfblood
"When this creature enter the battlefield, create a Voja Token."
