Ok, this was my second mythic in the GRN set. Whenever you exile a card from your hand, that card goes to the graveyard instead of being exiled. Whenever a spell with Jump-start enters your graveyard, that card gains 3 mana.

This is a tinikity mythic as it only helps beacon bolt to have more spells if you exiled them in the cementery  but it also makes jump-start unuseful

Can someone explain me for what it charges a Jump-start spell with 3, as while Experimental Frenzy  is in the battlefield a jump-start will never be completely charged? The cheapest one costs 4. With Experimental Frenzy in the battlefield any exiled card goes to cementery and then no charge goes to Jump-start cards.

What I am missing?

You are missing or overlooking the extreme degree of graveyard abuse possible.  I ran a fun legacy deck with it with lots of draw and everything embalm/aftermath/etc to be cast for free after dropping them straight into the graveyard.

Ok, you are right, I was just focused in the spells Rai standard deck I am building and forgot about graveyard abuse. Thank you very much.

Yep, it works in that context. Still, the card is one of the worst implementations so far. It conters the strategy its designed to help. It'd be like.. When new perspective said " every card with cycling x gains cycling 1. You can't cycle cards".
