Better PW sorting?

Currently when I'm choosing a PW there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason as to how they are sorted.
Why not sort them by the color wheel? For instance: White, W/U, W/B, W/R, W/G and so on through all the colors. As it is now searching for PWs is messy and inefficient. And yes I'm aware of the filters, but filters are no excuse for poor organization.

You mean.. Like picking the desired color /combination like using a 90s phone? That sounds awesome and could lead to way less search. I'm currently only missing new Vraska, and picking a pw is annoying. I often find myself using ajani 3 for TG simply recause he's right there, on the left

Both the Planeswalker and Card search features need a favoriting ability.  You should start out seeing only cards/PWs you have favorited, with the ability to go into the filters section and switch to see all cards/PWs.  The more content gets added to the game, the more time such a feature would save.  Already it's too easy to forget about solid cards because they're lost among hundreds of others you'd rarely or never play.

Actually you can filter pw and decks by color, edition etc. At least in pw menu.

But I like the point of 'favorite decks' in front of every other pw/decks in event menu.

Like I said before in other thread before. If the system safe event deck on every node for the next iteration would be golden. You onöy have to tweak the deck if your card pool change, secondaries change or the deck does not work right.

Downside: nobody would buy deck slots for crystals but I wonder how ofter that happen before.

Maybe a nice question for the next run of forum contest.

Well you're in luck! With the upcoming Player Profile feature, you'll be able to favorite up to 3 decks, which will have priority display when entering events. You can read about it here:

Yeah, I figured that out right after I logged out. I thought about logging back in and editing my post but I didn't

Diving into the filter menu takes time, though.  More time than simply scrolling through your PW list.  That's why I'm suggesting defaulting to your favorites and requiring an action to expand beyond the favorited list.

The card filters can also be used to find what you're looking for in deck construction, but they're just slower than favorites.  They should both exist in concert.  Let me favorite Cartouche of Ambition so I can remember to put it in my Legacy decks, and easily find it without having to go filter to "black common supports" or scroll through a bunch of things I'm not going to use looking for its artwork.

Presenting a list of 150-200 favorite cards instead of close to 2000 cards with a filter is going to produce a better gaming experience.  It wouldn't be such a big deal if we had ample deck slots to work with, but since we're only given 1-3 that we can manipulate, and a lot of different events with different restrictions and secondary goals... there's a lot of wasted overhead time in doing deck construction, even when maintaining an off-app spreadsheet of all the different decks to use.

In regards to cards I just want to be able to sort new-to-old. At times I forget I got certain cards and this way I can see my new cards. To see the order in which I got my cards is cool as well.

    THIS!

Being able either hide or favorite planes walkers so you can see your preferred pws in one go would wonderful.

I would really really like to hide all Chandra's for instance....
