Help! My nephew reset my ipod and I Lost all my characters, weeks/months of playing to earn new characters down the drain. I sent an email to support today, can someone please tell me if they'll be able to help me recover my account. icon_e_sad.gif

    Were you synced with facebook? If so just use the option in the settings menu and all should be well

    No no... just submit a ticket to the devs and they can restore your account. Had it happen to me.
    You will probably have to be patient in the midst of the current heroic rewards crisis of 2014... I think the devs are busy trying to restore order to the thousands affected by it.
