Superior Octopus Tentacles passive incomplete art [Investigating]

Ok, I don't know if this qualifies as a bug, but it might, and it bothers me.

Noticed in Lady Hydra's World that Doc Ock has a new costume (Superior Octopus, I think?) which is awesome.

I also noticed that when the animation plays for the passive part of Tentacles (when a match-4 is made and a tentacle tile is placed) the character portion of the art uses the new skin but the snapping tentacles part uses the "classic" skin (steel colored instead of dark with yellow bits).

Not sure if there was actually new art made for that part or not, but if there was, it's not being used properly.
