Some cards need a confirmation button, because of several problems:

- Summoner's Pact (auto lose)

Summoners Pact
- Apex of Power (other similar cards also have the confirmation button. EX: Day's Undoing)

Apex of Power
- In Bolas's Clutches (This cast when the opponent has no creatures)

In Bolass Clutches

    I actually think Pact is good with no confirmation.  Makes it much less broken (since if you try to get loopy with it you will probably self destruct).

    The other two I 100% agree need a confirmation.
