No orbs after Rising Tensions dupe mythic conversion

Today after getting full progression in the daily Rising Tension event I got the dupe mythic.

As always I do not got the authomatic conversion so I went to the library to press convert button, but today I got no orbs.

So I sent a ticket to support with the screenshot of the 0 orbs got after conversion.

It happened to me once too.

Its weird because there are definitely times it converts the mythic and gives the orbs; but, every once in a blue moon, one match later gives you the conversion message stating 0 orbs.

This is my first time and support credited the 750 in my account in less than 24 hours.

Usually I just have to play another match for the dupe to convert. Never seen it not happen

Bumping this as I ran into the issue today, but not sure if it's a new error that I caused.  I went into my cards while I had a dupe Circu from the current RT.  I was looking up a specific card so I filtered the set to find it, then after reading the card I remembered I needed to convert the dupe.  When I pressed the green convert button while the filter was still applied, I got the message that 0 orbs and 0 runes were granted for duplicates.

I did not take screenshots of my orbs/runes before the conversion to determine if this was just a visual error.  I am posting this in case the conversion process was looking at the filtered set instead of my whole set of cards.

Frankly, when this occurs to me I just filed it in the spam folder, because I have no clear picture of how many Orbs I have at a given moment and my life is to short to get a hold of customer support for this. 

First email is always, please send arbitrary information, which after checking is found to be in the original ticket.
