Not getting all rewards

I'm not the highest level player but have been doing alright in the Ultron event. I passed the Dazzler reward earlier and the one after it (only drew a 2 star Magneto but that's the luck of the draw). The Dazzler never arrived in my covers list so am a bit annoyed as would make her round that bit easier as only had two green covers for her.
Anyone else having this problem? Have reloaded the game a couple of times including rebooting my phone.
