November Contest Winners Revealed! (11/28/18)

In last week's forum contest, we asked the following question:

• In total, how many Origins booster packs have been opened ever?
  

We had written down the number at the time we announced the contest, and the correct answer is....

• 2,003,114 Origins Booster Packs

And to think that's not even counting the daily Free Boosters! Imagine how many Origins cards that would add. (Hint: It's a lot)

And the players that submitted the 3 closest guesses are...

• @Caitiri with the guess of 3,000,000
• @Machine with the guess of 914,000
• @Firinmahlazer with the guess of 832,000

Wow, this number seems incredibly small.

Don't underestimate those free booster packs and basic boosters! Players earn a lot of new cards from them, which means they save on having to purchase a lot of booster packs!

Hey Brigby, not to be difficult but unless I've suddenly completely forgotten how to do math, all 3 of these answers are further off from the correct answer than my guess of 2,800,000.  What gives?

Oh no! That's what I get for rushing to get the results out the door. Sorry about that!
