Where is Vivien?

We're now 2 weeks into GRN and Vivien from M19 is still not in the vault for crystals yet.  

Ajani (who was the second-to-last M19 walker released) is now making his second run through the rotation.

Where's Vivien?  She's the only one I really wanted to get, but the longer it takes the more likely I am to just get DDZE Nissa instead.
