Thief of Sanity suffering from "max hand" issue.

It's already known that when Etali attacks an opponent with a full hand and the player does not have a full hand, the card is put, mana-less, on top of the player's library.

For Thief of Sanity, when the opponent has a full hand the player does not get a card at all. The top card of the opponent's library is not even added to the top of the player's library.
