I cannot cast Chamber Sentry with zero stored Mana, even though that is an entirely valid option.
The game will not allow me to cast him unless he has at least 1 stored mana.

From my experience, all Stored Mana cards work this way.
Isareth, Blue Sun's Zenith, Banefire, Hungering Hydra, Decree of Justice have always shown up in red when they have their normal cost filled but 0 Stored Mana in my hand.

This is not the way you would expect creatures to work, and not the way casting creatures with X=0 works in paper MTG.
True, although usually creatures with X costs start at 0/0, so the X is kind of important to the creature's survival

Hi everyone, I can confirm it is intended for cards with Stored Mana to require at least 1 Stored Mana to be played.
