Game prompting for update, no update in Google Play Store [Investigating]

When I try to get into the game I'm getting the update is available prompt but when I hit OK to download the latest version in the Google store is the November 1st update

    Could you make sure your Google Play app is up to date? After that, please reinstall the game. If that doesn't fix the issue, please send a ticket to Customer Support.
